Project Director / Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
(Willing to travel, will assign to oversea – Middle East/ Africa/ Brunei/ Indonesia)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support project activities in terms of project management services, consultation, resources management, documentation, support and training to clients.
  • Responsible for all quality assurance related activities in the organization, which embarking, implementing and sustaining organization CMMi Level 3 maturity.
  • Support pre-sales activities in terms of high level project scoping and documenting project plan.
  • Defining and implementing Software Process Improvement (SPI) processes.
  • Reviews the Project Management Plan and the Project Quality Assurance Plan.
  • Provides assistance to the Project Manager for project planning and tracking, as required.
  • Any ad hoc assignment given by management.
Qualifications/Skills required:

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills (persuasive and convincing).

Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize programs.
  • Provide SIT, UAT and Production support.
  • Manage and to come out with SIT and UAT test script and test plan.
  • Assist in SIT and UAT.
Qualifications/Skills required:
  • Minimum diploma in Banking & Accounting.
  • Knowledge on banking operation for Islamic and Conventional banking. Exposure on Deposit, Fixed Deposit and Loans.
  • 5-10 years experience in Project Management Office(PMO) and Banking Operations.
 
Senior Systems Analyst / Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
  • Participate in application development, i.e : analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation and support of applications.
Qualifications/Skills required:
  • At least Bachelor/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ IT.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experience in either Collateral Management, Credit Card or Wealth Management system.
  • Required skills: Java, J2EE, Javascript, JSP, SQL, VB, SQL.
  • Able to work on large pre-existing code base, navigate through the code base to perform analysis, bug fixing or enhancement.
  • Have a good understanding of concepts and knowledge of Java frameworks, such as Spring and Struts.
 
Senior Analyst Programmer / Analyst Programmer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Participate in application development, i.e : analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation and support of applications
Qualifications/Skills required:
  • At least Bachelor/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ IT.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferable experience in either Collateral Management, Credit Card or Wealth Management system.
  • Required skills : Java, J2EE, Javascript, JSP, SQL, VB, SQL.
 
Quality Controller

Job Responsibilities:
  • Functional, Regression and integration test design.
  • Production of Testing scripts/tools, test report and test planning documentation.
  • Production of test environment cases/scenarios.
  • Test execution and test results capture.
Qualifications/Skills required:
  • At least one year working experience in software testing.
  • Knowledge of user, functional, integration and system testing.
  • Knowledge of test cases or test script documentation.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to travel.
 
Training Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • To implement, organize and conduct off-the job/ on the job training programme for staff development.
  • To organize, monitor and facilitate the company training activities and functions.
  • To conduct in-house training of our banking solution.
  • To review and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • To coordinate with our clients to manage all aspects related to training.
  • To prepare relevant training and other useful user reference materials.
Qualifications/Skills required:
  • Minimum diploma/degree in Banking & Finance or IT.
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in the Banking industry/ IT industry.
  • Good working knowledge on banking operation either in conventional and Islamic concepts.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical skill and proficient in writing and documenting.
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Word & MS Powerpoint.
  • Willing to travel .
