Microlink Strategic Plan Retreat

Microlink recently conducted a Strategic Plan Retreat at Guoman Resort, Port Dickson from 25th to 26th May for its key management staffs. The 2 day retreat is aim at boosting morale and improve team work among its management team members. Another agenda of the retreat is to discuss on how to further improve on some of the issues of the organization and system. Microlink is continuously trying to enhance its services in order to provide the best value for its customers.

There were also team building activities to ensure the participants work as a team to solve problems. Microlink's Chairman, Datuk Ali bin Abdul Kadir was present to share his experiences with the participants. The retreat was a great success as participants were inspired to work together towards the vision of the company.
