We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the LTIP, which comprises Employees Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”) and Employees’ Share Grant Plan (“ESGP”).
Pursuant to the LTIP implemented effective 27 October 2014 and Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MSB wishes to announce that MSB has on today made the third offer of 800,000 of MSB Options under the ESOS, pursuant to the LTIP (“Third Offer”) to Tun Dr. Arifin Bin Zakaria.
