The CMMI or Capability Maturity Model Integration Framework is internationally recognized as one of the most rigorous models for ensuring best practices in addressing the development and maintenance of products and services. CMMI is compatible with the ISO/IEC 15504 Technical Report for Software Process Assessment [ISO 98].

Being appraised as a CMMI Level 3 company, Microlink is now part of an elite group of organisations worldwide that have proven and sustainable process management for their products and services. This achievement reaffirms Microlink as a solutions provider of quality.

Microlink is also a participant in the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) Software Process Improvement (SPI) programme and intends to continuously build on this achievement and strive for greater technical excellence in the future.
