We wish to announce that pursuant to Rule 14.08 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Microlink Solutions Berhad (“MSB”) has on 9 July 2020 received notifications all dated 9 July 2020 from Mr Monteiro Gerard Clair (“Gerardâ€), Ms Mah Xian-Zhen (“Ms Mahâ€) and Dato’ Jaganath Derek Steven Sabapathy (“Dato’ Jaganath”) of their intention to deal in the ordinary shares of MSB during the closed period pending an announcement of MSB’s financial results for the 1st quarter ended 30 June 2020.

 

The number of ordinary shares of the Directors are as per Table below:
