Description NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DEAL DURING CLOSED PERIOD

We wish to announce that pursuant to Rule 14.08 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Microlink Solutions Berhad (“MSB”) has on 18 January 2019 received notifications all dated 18 January 2019 from Mr Monteiro Gerard Clair (“Gerardâ€) and Ms Mah Xian-Zhen (“Ms Mahâ€) of their intention to deal in the ordinary shares and Options granted under Employees Share Option Scheme (“ESOSâ€) of MSB during the closed period pending an announcement of MSB’s financial results for the 3rd quarter ended 31 December 2018.

 

The number of ordinary shares and Options under ESOS of the Directors are as per Table A and B below:
