We wish to announce that pursuant to Rule 14.08 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Microlink Solutions Berhad (“MSB”) has on 21 April 2017 received notifications all dated 21 April 2017 from Mr Monteiro Gerard Clair (“Gerard”) and Ms Mah Xian-Zhen (“Ms Mah”) of their intention to deal in the ordinary shares and Options granted under Employees Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”) of MSB during the closed period pending an announcement of MSB’s financial results for the 4th quarter ended 31 March 2017.

 

The number of ordinary shares and Options under ESOS of Gerard and Ms Mah are as per Table A and B below:
