The Board of Directors (“Boardâ€) of Microlink Solutions Berhad (“Microlink†or “the Companyâ€) wishes to announce that the Company has on 26 July 2021 accepted the offer to subscribe for 2,000,000 ordinary shares (“Placement Share(s)â€) in Inari Amertron Berhad (“Inariâ€) at RM3.10 per Placement Share for a total subscription price of RM6,200,000.00 only in conjunction with Inari’s private placement exercise of up to 333,000,000 ordinary shares in Inari (“Subscriptionâ€).
