| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Berhad (“MSB†or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the shareholders of MSB have approved all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting (“15th AGM”) dated 31 July 2018, at the 15th AGM.
The voting in respect of the Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Quantegic Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by MSB. Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 6Â September 2018. |
