Description PROPOSED RENEWAL OF AND NEW SHAREHOLDERS’ MANDATE FOR RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE (“Proposed Mandate”)

The Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Berhad (“the Companyâ€) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Mandate at the forthcoming 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company:-

  1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recureent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and
  2. Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recureent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the aforesaid proposals will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
