On behalf of the Board of Directors of Microlink, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.55 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.55 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0447 or 7.52% from the five (5)-day weighted average market price of Microlink from 27 November 2019 to 3 December 2019 of approximately RM0.5947 per share.
