Reference is made to the announcement dated 26 June 2020 in relation to the Proposed Restricted Issue (“Announcementâ€). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
Further to the Announcement, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Board has on 28 August 2020 resolved to revise the initial issue price of RM0.70 per Restricted Share (“Initial Issue Priceâ€) to RM0.90 per Restricted Share (“Revised Issue Priceâ€) as well as approved the proposed allocation of up to 50,000,000 Restricted Shares at the Revised Issue Price of RM0.90 per Restricted Share to Dato’ Seri Mohd Khairi bin Mat Jahya (“Dato’ Seri Khairiâ€) and/or person(s) connected to him (as defined in the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) (collectively, referred as “Dato’ Seri Khairi Groupâ€), subject to Microlink reserving the rights to determine the final allocation of the Proposed Restricted Issue and approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming EGM of the Company.
