The Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Berhad (“Microlink” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that in view of the impending expiration of the Long Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP”) on 26 October 2019, and in pursuant to the By-Laws 26.3 of the Company’s LTIP By-Laws and upon the recommendation by the LTIP Committee, the Board of Microlink has resolved to extend its existing LTIP for a period of five (5) years commencing from 27 October 2019, on the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the said By-Laws.
