| Description | EXTENSION OF TIME FOR ISSUANCE OF ANNUAL REPORT 2021 AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REPORT 2021 |
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (the “Exchangeâ€) had vide its letter dated 16 June 2021, granted an additional relief measures to listed issuers, amongst other, one-month extension until 31 August 2021 (“EOT Periodâ€) for the issuance of annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and auditors’ and directors’ reports (“ARâ€) which are due by 31 July 2021, amid the unprecedented uncertainty surrounding the recovery of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In view of the above, the Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Berhad (the “Companyâ€) wishes to announce that the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by the Exchange and to ensure that the Annual Report together with the Corporate Governance Report 2021 are issued within the EOT Period.
