Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 10 August 2020 in relation to the Letter of Award (“LOAâ€) from Pos Malaysia Berhad (“Pos Malaysiaâ€). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement dated 10 August 2020.
The Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Berhad (“MSB†or “the Companyâ€) wishes to announce that MSB is entitled for the revenue sharing of twelve per cent (12%) of Pos Malaysia’s nett revenue generated from the usage of the Software for the Pos Contract.
