The Board of Directors (“the Boardâ€) of MSB is pleased to announce that MSB has on 31 May 2021 entered into a Co-Operation Agreement (“Agreementâ€) with Chinasoft International Technology Service (Hong Kong) Ltd (“Chinasoftâ€) (collectively referred to as the “Partiesâ€) for both Parties to co-operate with each other for the purpose of promoting and implementing a number of ICT initiatives including setting up a software/digital factory, a technology innovation/incubation center and software eco-system solutions (“ICT Initiativesâ€) for potential clients (“Potential Clientsâ€) in the ASEAN region.
