The Board of Directors of MSB is pleased to announce that Formis Computer Services Sdn Bhd (Company No. 112344-P) (FCS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 31 December 2018 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOAâ€) from PayNet for the Supply & Implementation of a Real-Time Electronic Transfer of Funds and Securities System (RENTAS) Platform Replacement for the total contract sum of RM27,432,260.62 (Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty Seven Million Four Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Two Hundred Sixty and Sixty Two Cents only) including any applicable taxes.
