We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 22 July 2020, 10 August 2020, 21 October 2020, 27 November 2020 and 23 February 2021 pertaining to the Joint Venture and Shareholders’ Agreement with Scicom (MSC) Berhad (“SCICOM”).
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no further development following the announcement made on 23 February 2021.
The Company will make the requisite announcement on further development on the Joint Venture in due course.
