The Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Berhad (“the Companyâ€) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution at the forthcoming 16th Annual General Meeting (“16th AGM”) of the Company.
The details of the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company will be set out in Appendix I of the Notice of 16th AGM of the Company to be circulated to the shareholders in due course.
