The Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Berhad (“the Companyâ€) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Mandate at the forthcoming 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the aforesaid Proposed Mandate will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
