The Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Berhad (“the Companyâ€) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Mandate at the forthcoming 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company:-

1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recureent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and
2. Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recureent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.
