The Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Berhad (“the Company”) intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Mandate at the forthcoming 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convended at a date which will be announced later.
A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the aforesaid Proposed Mandate will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
